OPI Simmer and Shimmer (3 coats)
Continuing on with the OPI glitters we have Simmer and Shimmer. This one is a blue based multi-colored glitter. I do like this one, but I feel like I have other blue glitters that I love just as much (if not more) than this one. Ones that come immediately to mind are China Glaze Dorothy Who and Atlantis as well as OPI Absolutely Alice. This one was sort of in between in density of glitter, but I still did 3 coats to make sure I didn't have any bald spots. What do you think, is this your favorite blue glitter?
